Imagine, if you will, visiting one of your houses and finding a stranger in the process of renovating it. This issue, where a property or land is sold fraudulently to third parties, is more common in Malaysia than you would think – affecting owners of historic and newer properties alike.

If you are a victim of land fraud, we have got just the lawyer for you. After joining GTRZ in 2012, Qing Qing has gradually become well-versed in the area, having resolved and opposed several such cases. She managed to obtain compensation for the original owners, from the fraudsters and sometimes also from the relevant local authorities.

Other than land fraud lawsuits, she has also handled significant cases covering issues like client-solicitor privilege and cases involving the Mental Health Act. Career & Experience

Buying a property can be a nerve-racking process, not even considering the stress of renovating or moving. The amount of paperwork involved is immense, and failing to meet submission deadlines can result in serious losses.

Luckily for Yun Zhi, other than working in several legal firms, before arriving at GTRZ she also worked temporarily as a teacher. It was there that she gained unique insight on keeping focus throughout high-pressure situations and chaos. Now at GTRZ, where she does conveyancing, managing deadlines efficiently and dealing with tense clients have become second nature for her.

She has been trained in all aspects of property transactions, such as drafting sale and purchase agreements (SPAs). Her warm, direct way of speaking and writing – regardless of rank or status – makes it easy to communicate with her, while her quiet thoroughness will ensure you get prompt responses and clear advice for every step of the transaction process.

Thanks to her patient nature, in just a few years she worked through an entire graded piano syllabus. She applies this persistence in other areas of her practice like advising banks to release funds for her clients’ loans, drafting tenancy agreements, share sale agreements and wills, as well as managing probates and bankruptcy cases. Off-hours, she can be found de-stressing with dance workouts.
